Understand What Timber Certification Actually Tells You
FSC certification is widely used when designers, architects and buyers want greater traceability around timber sourcing.
For a product sold as fsc certified veneer, the important concept is chain of custody. It connects certified material through the businesses that process, manufacture and sell it.
This is different from simply saying that a supplier holds an FSC certificate.

Timber veneer uses a thin layer of real timber as the visible surface.
