Pilates is an exercise system using mat work and specialised equipment that delivers optimal strength, flexibility and endurance, without building bulk. With regular practice, clients have tighter stomachs, firmer arms and legs, better posture, and experience increased balance and coordination. The exercises are specific but the clients are not all ages and fitness levels can practice Pilates.

Location
