3-8yrs- Our under 8s non contact program aims to build the confidence in our kids using Respect,Discipline and Fun.
All jnr Boxers will be taught correct attack and defensive techniques plus the fitness aspect of boxing.
9-17yrs- Our anti-bullying program teaches correct techniques of boxing in both Striking and Defensive exercises along with footwork, coordination + fitness.
