G10 Force Honestly, I will not do any aerobic activity when I am trying to achieve weight. Which mainly because it interferes the actual important "non-active" time myself needs for muscle building and addiction recovery. I do understand that people have lives as well activities they don't desire to give up, so it has to be kept to a minimum.
