Fraser’s Restaurant opened in 1993, with executive chef Chris Taylor at the helm. Since this date, the company has expanded to include Bluewater Bistro and The Botanical Café as well as being able to offer offsite catering.
Whilst the company has grown our philosophies have remained as they were all those years ago, maintaining a family-orientated culture, warm and welcoming service with a passion to create incredible food experiences, and a devotion to produce exquisite events.
