Screws are a common fastener used to fix timber to timber, timber to metal, metal to metal, metal to concrete and timber to concrete. There are a variety of screw head types that can be used depending on your project requirements. Also there are different screw coatings depending on the climate the screws will be used in. Screws are generally either electo-galvanised, Hot Dip Galvanised or stainless steel. It is also possible to use brass, aluminium and silicone bronze screws among others.
