Aiki Jutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art with a holistic approach to training. It is a martial way (Budo) for highly effective & practical self defence, combat, fitness, self awareness/confidence & better management of challenges in life. All instructors of Aiki Jutsu are fully accredited by The Martial Arts Industry Association (MAIA) and are recognised by the Australian Sports Commission. They also hold a blue card and are first aid trained.
