Our Philosophy
“Where patience meets care”
At Personalised Mobile Vet, we believe in taking time to understand each pet’s unique
needs. Our patient-first approach ensures that even the most anxious pets receive
quality care at their own pace, in their familiar environment. We pride ourselves on
providing truly personalized veterinary care that considers your pet’s whole story – not
just their symptoms. We prioritize transparency and genuine connection, making quality veterinary care accessible when and where it matters most.

FAQ
Q: Do you offer emergency services?
A: Yes, emergency services are available depending on location and availability. Please call to discuss your emergency situation.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that life happens and things can change very quickly, especially when it comes to our pets! While we do our best to be flexible, we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible about any cancellations. We have a two-hour cancellation notice as our guideline to help us manage our travel schedule and ensure we can be there for other pets who may need care.
Q: Do you write prescriptions?
A: Yes, Dr. Stuart is able to write prescriptions. An initial health exam is required for a prescription, and repeat scripts can be provided remotely at Dr. Stuart's discretion. Charges do apply.
Q: Do you treat large animals (horses, cows, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas)?
A: Dr. Stuart's mobile practice is specifically equipped for small animal care. While he was trained in treating all these animals at a university level, his focus is on providing exceptional veterinary services for dogs and cats. Emergency euthanasia may be possible for larger animals in certain circumstances.
Q: Can you treat birds, chickens, lizards, snakes, turtles, rats, mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, or fish?
A: Dr. Stuart can provide care for small pocket pets such as mice, rats, and guinea pigs. However, we are unable to provide services for reptiles, birds, or fish. Our focus is on ensuring we provide the best possible care within our areas of expertise.
